Coastal Qualifier · Fantasy
Play the
qualifier.
Rep your gym.
Draft five athletes from your gym — starting with yourself — and earn points every week based on how they place in their divisions. About a minute a week, running right alongside the qualifier you’re already competing in.
How it works
Four steps, a fresh five every week
Sign up once. After that it’s four picks a week, and you can change them right up until the workout drops.
Find your name in the qualifier field and claim it. You’re slotted straight into slot one of your own lineup.
Add four teammates from your gym, each from a different division.
Your lineup locks when the workout drops — so you’re picking before you’ve seen it.
Score on division placement. Fresh five each week, and your points stack up all season.
Your lineup
Five athletes, all from your gym
Every lineup is built around you and the people you actually train with.
You take slot one automatically — your own division placement scores for you every week. You just draft the four teammates around you.
Teammates come from the gym where you compete, fixed for the season. Competing unaffiliated? Independent is its own gym.
All five must come from different divisions. Covering five divisions with your gym’s roster is the whole puzzle.
Nobody owns an athlete — the same standout can anchor plenty of lineups. Draft whoever gives you the best shot.
Heads up: a gym can only field a lineup if it has athletes across five or more divisions. Rally your crew to sign up across the board.
The weekly rhythm
Draft, lock, score, repeat
Every week is its own contest, and you get the full week to set your lineup — edit as often as you like until it locks. All times Eastern.
How scoring works
Points for where you place
Your athletes score on placement within their own division — so winning a 300-person division and a 40-person one both pay out big, and a stacked division never works against you.
| Result on a workout | Points |
|---|---|
| Win your division | ~130 |
| Finish in the top 10% of your division | +10 |
| Solid mid-pack finish | 40–70 |
| Last place — but you logged a score | 5 |
| No score submitted | 0 |
Every placement becomes a 0–100 score (1st = 100, last = 5). A division win adds 20 on top, and a top-10% finish adds 10. Your weekly score is all five athletes added together — and on the double-workout week, two workouts count.
Leaderboards
Two ways to climb
Every lineup ranked by this week’s score. It resets each week — a rough week is forgotten, a hot week puts you on top.
Your points added up across every week you play. Highest running total at the end of the qualifier takes the title.
