Fittest of the Coast is an invitational fitness competition built on a full season — an online qualifier anyone can enter, and an in-person championship you earn your way into.
From 300 athletes in our first year back in 2019 to 5,500+ today across all 50 states and 8 countries, FOTC has grown into one of the sport’s biggest stages — while keeping the attention to detail, communication and atmosphere that set it apart.

How to compete
Three steps from sign-up to the competition floor. Same qualifier workouts whether you go individual, team, or both.
Choose your division
Compete as an individual, on a two-person team, or both. 47 divisions — pick where you belong.
Join the qualifier
Five scored workouts, Oct 1–28. New workout each Thursday at 7pm ET; scores due the following Wednesday.
Earn your spot
Finish near the top of your division to qualify. Missed it? A backfill process opens unclaimed spots.
Find Your Field
47 divisions to choose from
Individual and two-person team (M/M, F/F, M/F), plus a full range of age divisions from teenagers to 65+. The 2026–27 season divisions drop this summer.
