Here is a brief overview and the intent of our Kids Divisions this year.

These divisions will be featured as exhibitions. There will not be a podium ceremony. Each division will complete one workout.
This is a great opportunity for kids to experience the excitement and fun of fitness and get to compete on the same competition floor as their parents!
The division cost is $65 and includes a t-shirt, participant medal, FOTC drawstring bag and one (1) adult three-day spectator pass.
Each division will see age appropriate movements and loading. All workouts will be announced prior to the event so kids can practice the workouts.
