The workout begins with athletes standing on the starting mat. At the call of 3. 2. 1. Go, athletes will move to their runner and begin the run portion of the workout. Once the athlete completes the assigned distance for their division, they will dismount the runner and move to the rig and begin their set of wall balls.
After completing their set of wall balls, the athlete will move to the rope and begin the rope climbs. The clock stops when the athlete finishes the last rep of rope climbs.
The score for the workout is the time to finish or successfully-completed reps. The tiebreak for the workout is the time at which the athlete completes the run portion of the workout.

Runner: Athletes can not touch the side rails or monitor rail while running. Athletes may touch the side rails when mounting and dismounting the runner. Athletes can not leave the runner until their monitor shows the completed distance assigned to their division.
Wall Ball: Athletes can pick up the wall ball and squat into the first rep. The athlete’s hips must clearly break at or below the crease of the knee at the bottom of the movement. Athletes must hit the appropriate wall ball target.
Rope Climb: Athletes can climb the rope using whatever technique they choose. Athletes climbing 15′ must make contact with the cross beam with one hand. Athletes climbing 12′ must make contact with the 12′ mark with one hand. Athletes can drop at whatever height they so choose. Wearing gloves is permitted.
