PROGRAMS

Designed for the individual who enjoys a well-rounded fitness program consisting of weightlifting and metabolic conditioning.

The everyday athlete program provides you with daily programing Monday through Friday. We believe in getting outside the gym on Saturdays to express your fitness and taking Sundays as rest days.

Each day you will be given a new workout typically consisting of a foundational strength movement (Squats, Deadlifts, Press (bench & overhead), Cleans & Snatches. You will often also see accessory bodybuilding movements to help build muscle.

Every session also includes a metabolic conditioning piece pairing together mono-structural movements (running, biking, rowing, etc.), weightlifting (cleans, squats, presses, etc.) and gymnastic/bodyweight movements (burpees, pull-ups, jumping, etc.).

Each session will take no more than 60 minutes to complete. Lifting progressions based off percentage work and baseline conditioning tests will be integrated to give the individual a method of tracking progress.

The basis for the Everyday Athlete training program is to create effective, fun and sustainable workouts. If you are looking for a beat down program, chalked full of intense skills and impossible workouts for the average individual, this program is not for you.

If you are looking for solid programing, achieving results and not breaking down your body, this is for you!

Our strength and bodybuilding program is designed to help individuals achieve greater strength and size efficiently. If you’re someone that has been training for months or in some cases years and are seeing little to no results in these areas, this program is exactly what you need. With this program one can expect the following things:

1. Your strength will be challenged.
2. Increase in muscular strength and size.
3. Learn to train in these areas efficiently.

When we say train efficiently, we mean that the workouts you do and the style of training you will be doing, push towards the goal of becoming stronger and bigger in the quickest way possible. Throughout years of training and experience, we have seen certain training styles fall short when it comes to helping individuals achieve their goals in these areas. That’s why with the methodology we have, you will learn how it should be done and experience it in real time for yourself with this program.

For best results with this program, we recommend a commercial gym, that has cables, machines, barbells, plates, dumbbells and different types of accessory equipment such as (tricep rope, preacher curl, v-bar, ez curl or straight bar etc..)

The 6 week introduction strength and bodybuilding program is for individuals who have a desire to become stronger and gain muscle mass, but are unsure of where to start. This program fulfills that need so people who don’t have that knowledge or gym experience can take that first step into building their best selves. So with our 6 week introduction program one can expect to learn a few things:

1. Gain a solid fundamental understanding and experience of gym exercises and equipment.
2. Learn to properly and efficiently train to gain greater strength and muscular size.
3. Develop a consistent gym routine.
4. Confidence entering any commercial gym at the completion of the program.

We believe that anybody new to working out will be confident in any gym they enter after the completion of this program.

After completing the 6 week introduction program, individuals will continue their training with our strength and bodybuilding program.  They can take the exercises and skills they learned from the 6 weeks and easily implement them there.
