Should the athlete fail the movement at any time, the athlete will return to the HSW start line.

All divisions except PRO must complete at least 5’ at a time.  Once the HS Walk is completed, the athlete will complete the prescribed number of TTB facing their starting mat.

Once completed the athlete will move back through the movements, HS Walk, Tank Push and Ski Erg.  The time stops once the athlete completes the prescribed calories on the Ski Erg.

Athletes who fail to complete the workout in the 13:00 time cap will have a score of total reps completed.

This workout has a 13:00 cap.

Movement Standards
Ski Erg: Athletes can not begin the calories on the Ski Erg prior to the call of 3,2,1, go. The monitor must be reset before each set of calories on the Ski Erg. The athlete can not leave the Ski Erg platform until the required amount of calories is shown on the monitor. Any damper setting will be allowed. The judge will not assist with starting the Ski Erg.

Tank Push: The athlete must push the tank forward. Pulling the tank will not be allowed. Hands must be on the tank during the entire duration of the movement. The front wheels must be behind the start line at the beginning of the tank push. The back wheels must be fully past the finish line and turnaround line.

Handstand Walk: Kick up with both hands (entire hand, including palm and fingers) BEHIND the mark of the segment being attempted. Stepping over the line or landing with your hands on or over the line is a “no rep.” Must walk forward. Coming down from the hands at any time requires a restart from behind the last required line successfully crossed. A rep is credited when both hands, including palms and fingers, cross the line of the prescribed distance before the feet touch the ground.

PRO division must complete 20′ of handstand walking unbroken with a pirouette and 20’ back, for a total of 40’. This will be required before the athlete can come down from the handstand walk.  NOT completing the 40’, including the pirouette, unbroken will result in a NO rep. The athlete’s hands MUST remain behind the 20’ line during the pirouette and inside the athlete’s assigned lane before proceeding back. During the pirouette, the athlete can not make contact with the side lane lines or 20’ line with any part of their hand. Doing so will result in a NO rep.

ALL Other divisions will require 5’ unbroken at a time.

Wall Walks: Every rep begins and ends with the athlete lying down, with their chest, feet, and thighs touching the ground. At the start and finish of each rep, both hands must touch the first tape line (fingers touching is OK). The first tape line will be measured 55 inches from the wall for both men and women. Both hands must remain on the tape until both feet are on the wall.

At the top of the movement, both hands must touch the tape line for the 10-inch mark before the athlete can descend. Any part of the hand may touch the tape line. On the descent, the feet must remain on the wall until both hands are touching the first line.

The rep is credited when the athlete returns to the starting position, with both hands touching the first line and their chest, thighs, and feet touching the ground. Any part of the hand may make contact with the tape line.

Toes-to- Bar:The athlete must go from a full hang to having the toes touch the pull-up bar. Both feet must touch the bar together, inside the hands. The arms and hips must be fully extended at the bottom and the feet must be brought back to behind the bar, not out front, and no part of the feet touching the ground or any object.

Leg Raises: The athlete must go from a full hang to having the toes of both feet rise above the hip crease.  The arms and hips must be fully extended at the bottom and the feet must be brought back to behind the bar, not out front, and no part of the feet touching the ground or any object.  The Athlete may raise their toes above their hip crease with straight or bent legs as long as they meet the standard.
