Critical Velocity Nutrition brings you Individual Event 1 where athletes will take on a test of grit. All individual divisions EXCEPT the Pro Division will complete this workout on Friday morning at the North Charleston Sports Complex.

Workout Flow:
Athletes will be briefed on the running route prior to their heat on Friday morning. A route of the map will be provided and released the week of the event. Objects will remain anonymous. Electronic timing will be used for Event 1.

Tie Break:
There is no tiebreak time for Individual Event 1

Movement Standards:
Athletes will be briefed prior to their heat by a briefer.
