At the call of 3,2,1, Go, athletes will have five minutes to find a 1 rep max of the following complex: Deadlift+Clean+Hang Clean+Front Squat. Power or squat cleans allowed.

For same-sex teams, one bar will be on the floor. Co-Ed teams will have two bars. Each team will have the following amount of bumper plates: 4×45#, 2×35#, 2×25#, 2×15#, 2×10#, 2×5#.

For co-ed teams, only one athlete will be allowed to lift at a time. Lifts that begin prior to the 5:00 mark will count.

At the 5:00 mark, teams will have a one-minute rest period where they will be responsible for loading the appropriate barbell weight for part 2. At the 6:00 mark athletes will begin a 5:00 AMRAP. One athlete can work at a time and teams can break work however they want.

Athletes must tag out within the athlete holding area.

The tiebreak for Part 2 is the score for Part 1.
